You may start off this week feeling like you have some control but then soon discover that your energy and attitude is dragging. When you feel yourself slipping into this refocus your thoughts on your goals, just don’t get distracted by too much daydreaming. There may be a moment when you can’t believe something happened or played out that way but understand there are some things that aren’t in our control. Regroup and reconnect and things will see better when you reach out for help.
